Double pupitre with 2 x 24 bottle holders. Can be folded. Fitted with a chain and wooden feet. Sides neatly finished with decorative slats. Small repair to the top.

A pupitre is a wooden rack in which champagne bottles are placed upside down to undergo the remuage, a process of light shaking and slowly turning the bottle into a more vertical position. This remuage is part of the “méthode traditionnelle” of Champagne.
