From the Art Nouveau period, a silver plated metal liqueur set comprising 12 stemmed glasses and a tray with a silversmith's stamp with the initials "R M" and a star of the Roux Marquiand silversmith's workshop in Lyon. Roux-Marquiand is a silver brand from Lyon founded in 1856, specialising in tableware, produced mainly for bourgeois customers and government commissions. It was acquired in 2007 from Liberty silversmiths. The silver plating weight punch is 10. The dimensions of the tray are given above, the glasses measure 95 mm high and 44 mm in diameter. The set is in very good condition with just minute micro-scratches from use. Once cleaned with Argentil, you won't see a thing. Carefully packed tracked shipment.
