Very decorative tables, made in mixed media technique with images of popular tradition depicting battles with the Paladins of France and the Saracens, used for decorating the cart of the "Siminzaru", that cooks on the street Calia e Simenza, a dish of beans, seeds and dried fruits, cooked or dried according to an ancient tradition, always present in patronal festivals, local celebrations or religious processions throughout Sicily.

In the street food world, u Siminzaru is never missing with its colourful stall decorated with paintings of Sicilian carts, tricolour flags, fringes and sparkling foil and the image of Saints and Paladins, it became one of the meeting points of the Sicilian people.
