Lancia Ardea from 1951 with 56,000 km, in good overall condition.
The Ardea was born in 1939, from the Vincenzo Lancia’s idea of making a similar car to Aprilia but with reduced size and performance, intended for a less privileged public.
The result was a 9:10 scale copy of the Aprilia, which had nothing to fear compared to its bigger sister, offering the same class.
This particular car was restored with great care, fine finishes were used such as the original leatherette that replaced the Lancia fabric, which was an option on request in those days, as many other details of this car.
Inspected car, regularly going to gatherings and events.
Entirely checked engine during its restoration with replacement of crankshaft bronze bearing and piston rod, piston ring set, everything entirely new. New electrical system, which is reliable and will last for many years. Professionally painted in 2016 with original colour code. Registered at the Lancia register, a true work of art.
It can be viewed in L’Aquila, Italy, upon appointment.
