Very rare and beautiful DS21 Injection Électronique Automatique Pallas in excellent condition. Almost perfect bodywork. Extremely well professionally maintained. Near-concourse state.

Very rare combination of the 'ideal' DS21 injection engine (almost as powerful as the DS23 injection but doesn't overheat as easily) and Borg Warner fully automatic gearbox (with cruise-control added) and perfectly working air-conditioning.

This car was one of the very first DS cars that was shipped with a Borg Warner automatic gear box, it is likely the oldest 'Automatique' in existence. French car is very original, has not been heavily renovated, except for a new coat of paint in 2004, the automatic gear box (at 165000km) in 2011, and wheels & interior (leather) in 2019.

Chassis has never been welded. Has undergone anti-rust treatments and been kept by second and third owner in dry/warm/ventilated environments. This car has never seen any serious rust.

Perfect mechanical, structural and electrical condition. E.g.: in summer 2018 it was driven from The Netherlands to Spain and back, airco on, 38C outside, fully loaded with 4 persons and heavy luggage trailer, and needed no additional oil after that trip. The car is in superb driving condition.

Perfectly maintained so far, many parts recently (preventatively) replaced, such as injectors/injection pressure valve, water pump, gas pump and filter, dynamo, 1-2-3 ignition.... Engine checked when gear box renovated). Tires in excellent condition.

The interior has been restored in Nov 2019. It is now near-perfect (only the steering wheel has some minimal foam damage)

Notable extra:s: 4-speaker bluetooth audio with microphone, cruise control, (not-connected) original Continental Edison radio, original temperature meter. Extras have been fitted in a way that makes reverting to the original state possible.

In 2016 the car was formally valued by an insurance expert at €35000 (before the interior restoration in 2019). It has had its Dutch road safety check and has been OK'ed until June 2021 without any problem. Can be seen and picked up in Heerlen, Netherlands (near Aachen, Germany). It is sold because we lack the time to drive it enough these days.

Note: photos are from a period of years. The most recent are with the tabac leather interior (Nov 2019).
