This print is a copy mirrored to the second state of the sixth print from the series The Book of Bull Paulus Potter.

Good impression cropped on/just within the image borderline and pasted on a collection sheet. Defect above the left ear of the cow.

Paulus Potter (1625-1654)
This painter from Enkhuizen died in Amsterdam when he was not even 30 years old. Yet he became one of the better known Dutch painters. Potter was one of the first artists ever to choose animals as his main subject. In this he was sublime.
