Particularly large and robust antique sautee pan in copper, tinned.
Pure craftsmanship, by Paul Legry - Paris!
The pan is still in good condition despite the age. Due to the years of intensive use, the pan got a beautiful look. The impressive cast iron handle is attached with three copper rivets.
The pan is marked with Legry, 2. R. Miromesnil, the letters AZ, an asterisk and the number 2.
Does the AZ indicate General Hospital and was the pan used in a large kitchen of a hospital?
