A marvellous fish serving plate in refined Happonyi Blue Herend porcelain, presented in Paris in 1864 under the name "Flower Basket". It features rare colours and was entirely hand-decorated by expert artists. It is brightened with pure gold details and enriched with floral motifs. A truly rare piece. Included with the serving plate is the draining grid, also in porcelain. Together they are two porcelain pieces of high value. Herend porcelain was given as a gift to the queens of all time and even today, they are still used by contemporary royalty.
Intact, flawless.
The grid measures: 50 cm in length; 14 cm in width.
