A pupitre is a wooden rack in which champagne bottles are placed upside down to undergo the remuage, a process of light shaking and slowly turning the bottle into a more vertical position. This ‘remuage’ is part of the “traditional method” of the Champagne region.

Will be expertly packaged and shipped via registered and insured mail with a Track and Trace code.
