The dome was cast from a piece of bronze. Lower edge with holes to attach leather-cheeks and neck protection. The helmet is attributed to the Kuban type according to the classification of B. Z. Rabinovich. The author describes this helmet as a kind of early Archaic and is dated to the 7th to 6th century BC. This type of bronze helmet was characteristic of early Scythian Panoply. Characterised by a rounded crown with a roller, which runs along the axis of the front wall of the skull and ends with a small lug or a small loop. The face hole is framed by the rimmed edge of the eye, which converges to the bridge of the nose and forms a nose lug. The thickness of the walls is 3 - 3.5 mm, weight 1.4 - 1.9 kg.
