Edmond Antoine Anne Tapissier, known as Edmond Tapissier, aka E.Tap and Rose Candide, was born on June 14, 1861 in Lyon 1st, and died April 27, 1943 in Treignac, he is a Painter, watercolourist, painter of wall compositions, tapestries cardboards, illustrator and lithographer.
Worked with Saudé, manufacturer. He was the pupil of Alexandre Cabanel and Fernand at the school of Fine-Arts in Paris. He exhibited at the Salon Des Artists Français and at the Salon D'Hiver, receiving numerous medals and awards. His paintings can be viewed in many museums.
