Fish serving set, Cutlery silver art nouveau fish service - .950 silver - Doutre-Roussel - France - Late 19th century
Fair condition - heavily used & with possibly minor parts missing

Very beautiful art nouveau fish serving utensils, filled silver handles, Minerva 1st grade hallmark, Silver-plated metal blades, master silversmith Doutre-Roussel great Parisian silversmith from 1895 onward, elegant openwork decoration, and engraved on the fork with art nouveau patterns; the blade is decorated with stylized foliage and a heron.
Very good overall condition, with a few signs of wear, dimensions: 28 cm for the knife and 25 cm for the fork, total weight: 227 g
