KLM Royal Dutch Airlines crew/passenger hard-shell blue travel suitcase, post-WW2, made by ‘Koffer en Lederwarenfabrieken Lejan’, Amsterdam, 50 x 32 x 14 cm, 1.5 kg. Fair condition.

Filled with travel mementos dating from 1935 to 2000, mainly 1960s, including guides and maps, cruise menus and memorabilia, complimentary items (freebies) such as playing cards. Includes Holland America Line, KLM, Rotterdamsche Lloyd and Japan Air Lines among others. Approximately 220 items, mainly paper memorabilia. Total weight including case: 8 kg

Contents include:
Cunard wallet with Queen Elizabeth II items (2000);
(Koninklijke) Rotterdamsche Lloyd, 30 menus for cruise ship “Willem Ruys” (1953);
Guides/maps for Lebanon and Jordan etc. (1963);
USA city guides, hotel brochures; San Francisco, Chicago etc., Raffles Hotel Singapore;
Holland America Line, and European destinations;
Playing cards KLM, Japan Air Lines (Nintendo), PanAm, some sealed, Quantas.
