Ca. 200-300 AD Rare Gandhara grey schist "De-faced" Panel with two figures. During the Muslim conquest of Asia many gandhara statues were destroyed or de-faced by the Muslim invadors, proclaiming the Buddhism false religion. Interesting historical artifact. This item comes with custom made stand.

This item includes a Certificate of Authenticity from Pax Romana London.
