Ca. 100-300 AD Superb Ancient Roman decorated Terracotta oil lamp. The lamp has two holes: the center one for filling with oil and the outer one to place a wick to burn. The discus is decorated with a linear patterns. To the rear, a thumb's rest. These lamp were the primary source of light in households at night.
