An excellent very large antique Chinese porcelain saucer with serrated border, with a central decoration of famille verte fan shaped panels with peonies and florals in a mountainous landscape, executed in excellent enamels. In the border a classical decoration of geometrical and floral patterns, lotus and diaper patterns. Handcrafted in ancient China during the Qing dynasty, Kangxi period (ca. 1690). On the backside a decoration of famille verte blossoms, marked with a large underglaze blue Artemisia in double circle mark. Guaranteed original and of the stated period.
Diameter: 38,4 (!) centimeter.
Condition: The object is in good condition, glaze fritting/mouse bites, one larger flake, one hairline, some wear, without any restorations. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
