Netherlands - First half 17th century

A very early and rare example of a ntasd Dutch Warming Pan c 1680.
It has a deep ember pan with a fret-cut decorated lid showing a vase and tulip design.
The handle is likely to be a replacement but a very old one. The condition is reasonably good with the expected wear and repairs to the pan base.
