Amulet in bronze representing the head of the Good Demon Pazuzu, the demon that protects humans, especially women in childbirth, homes and children againt the other demons. Such amulets were made of bronze, stone, terracotta and even in precious stones and worn by many during the first millennium B.C. in Mesopotamia.
