Albert Marius Hippolyte Decaris, born on 6th May 1901 in Sotteville-lès-Rouen and died on 1st January 1988 in Paris, is a French painter, decorator and engraver.

An engraver renowned for his virtuosity, he also made watercolours and ink wash paintings, often to prepare his engravings, and many engravings for postage stamps.
