DH is the abbreviation for "Dienstuhr Heer" (army service watch). The army set high standards for production, so the watches, including this piece, are all excellent quality. The original case and crown have lost some of their chrome plating, just like other military Helios watches. The stainless steel case back is still in good condition. The dial is in good condition despite the age of the watch. The hands are still their original colours. The Helios movement is clean and in excellent condition.
