Description
Eliphas Levi - Les mystères de la Kabbale - 1920
Kabbalah - Quantity: 1 - Book

Eliphas Lévi was born Alphonse Louis Constant in 1810, and was a very influential writer on the topics of magic and Hebrew mysticism. He is considered by many to be the prime mover in the revival of magic in the West during the 19th century, and his ideas became a cornerstone of numerous occult movements and organizations.
In this book, one of his most valuable, Eliphas links the Old and New Testament of the Bible by comparing qabalistic imagery and conceprs inherent in both The Prophecy of Ezekiel and The Apocalypse of St. John a symbolic resume of knowledge for initiates and a key to the Qabalah.
An extremely rare book to find, in a very good condition, complete, without underlines and deletions, with clean, white and glossy pages. indeed the cover (of cloth / textile) is a little worn, but taken in this way it did an excellent job of protecting the inside of the book.
