Refined kagamibuta netsuke in ivory and bronze depicting Futen, the God of the wind in the clouds.
Elaborate golden, silver and copper highlights for the hair.
Beautiful patina and good general condition, it has a crack in the ivory typical of this type of netsuke and consistent with age and use.

Japanese artefact from the Meiji period (circa 1890–1910).
The item was produced prior to 1947, and is therefore in compliance with European Union regulations on ivory trade.
The item comes with a certificate of authenticity that will be sent to the buyer.
