Retro women's shoe by Roger Vivier Paris
Shoe size 35
The heel height is 7 cm. The shoes have minor signs of wear. They have been worn.
The critics call Vivier "the Fabergé of shoes". He designed extravagant, richly decorated shoes that he described as sculptures. He is credited for the design of the first spike heel in 1954. Stiletto heels, the very thin high heels, were definitely discovered in the late 19th century.
Exclusivity is the characteristic feature of this line; many shoes were ordered. There are three shops in the US now. The last one opened in May 2012. Vivier's shoes can be found at the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the Bata Shoe Museum in Toronto and the Musée de la mode et du textiel in the Louvre.
