Description
Prehistoric, Neolithic Flint Lot with 12 arrowheads 64 - 28 mm - (12)
4000 - 6000 jaar oud - Niger

These arrowheads are of the Tillemsi type, an eastern variant of the Neolithic Tenerean culture. Made of silex and agate. The technique to make these arrowheads was quite advanced and presumably the nuclei were heat treated to make the point (flake) as straight as possible.
All in good condition with sometimes fine retouch and a serrated cutting edge.
