This Alessi/Philips Blender HD2005 was designed by Stefano Marzano in 1996 and still looks very good and has small signs of wear see pictures.

The blender has a length of 41 cm and a diameter of 21 cm. It is made of plastic and glass and has a capacity of 1.25 litres. Power is 370 watt and it runs on 220/240 Volt.

This Blender is part of Alessi/Philips' line of kitchen appliances: A beige toaster, a green kettle, a salmon-coloured coffee maker and a yellow lemon squeezer. They have a distinctive design with common accents in burgundy red and stainless steel.

When Philips introduced the newest household appliances from the Alessi line in the Groninger Museum in October, the company spoke of being 'trendsetters in the field of kitchen appliances'. The designs by Italian designer Alberto Alessi would 'thrill design fans and gastronomes'.

Stefano Marzano (born in 1950) is an Italian architect and designer. Stefano Marzano was Chief Design Officer and CEO of Philips Design at Royal Philips International.

. He then served as Chief Design Officer and member of the Electrolux Group Management in Electrolux until his retirement at the end of 2013.
