Medieval Spain.
Martin I of Aragon, called The Human (1396-1410). King of Aragon, of Valencia, of Majorca, of Sardinia and count of Barcelona between 1396 and 1410. He was also the king of Sicily between 1409 and 1410. Gold Florin struck in Majorca.

Markings: chequered pattern with scallop shell on the obverse and blade with scallop shell on the reverese side. The is struck on top of another one. The name of the King is clearly visible. Ex Áureo & Calicó 16/12/2015, nº 1200.
