Original eyelet badge, first version minted by Picchiani e Barlacchi, Florence.

It can be said that the first mass registrations to the fascist party took place in the recreational circles of that time.

The National Recreational Club (Opera Nazionale del Dopolavoro - OND) was established by the fascist party in 1925 under the direct control of the head of government.
According to its statute definition, it "is concerned with the moral and physical elevation of the people, through sport, hiking, tourism, arts education, popular culture, social, sanitation, health care, and professional development."

The second medal was minted for the 1st National Meeting of Officers on Leave in 1917.

Symbols and insignia of the Kingdom of Italy are visible.
