The photos bear on the back, the stamp of the photographer Helmut Stege and some of them, the numbers on the back or front.
No date are indicated, but all these photos are vintage and date from the 1960s/1970s.

The photos depict nude photos shot on nudist beaches in the Baltic Sea; in the wave, on the sand, on the beach.

Short biography of HELMUT STEGE (1918-1978):

Helmut Stege was a well-known photographer in the GDR. He had his portrait photography studio in Quedlinburg. His passion and main occupation were photographing nudism on the Baltic Sea beach.

Stege's photos were often published on the famous last page of "Das Magazin" magazine. It was one of the few media companies in the GDR that was allowed to
publish nude photos. Stege has published with his name in almost every known nudist magazine in the Federal Republic: Sonnenfreunde, Helios, and others.
