Jacqueline (Jaklien) Moerman (Ouwegem, 9 May 1931 – 18 December 2011) was a Belgian illustrator and painter. She was best known as an illustrator of children's books by author Mariette Vanhalewijn. In addition, she also illustrated greeting cards and calendars, and created paintings. Her drawings were especially popular in Flanders & the Netherlands in the 1970s.
