Beautiful cylinder for a cutter from the 18th century. The cylinder has various hallmarks: a standing lion with a 1, namely 925/1000 silver (1st grade), a Minerva head with the letter P = Alkmaar. A letter b that was used from 18th March to 21st December, 1809, a year letter P for 1999 and a maker’s mark that I am not familiar with. On the signet we see all kinds of tools of a fisherman, such as a barrel, a scale, a knife and also a fish. Then there are the initials A. I. The cylinder is 82 mm. long and weighs about 60 grams. Will be sent, carefully packaged, by registered mail.
