Unique work titled ‘Trasparenze veneziane’ [Venetian transparencies] by Franco Beraldo, with certificate of authenticity with the artist's original signature.
A slab of Murano glass composed of various transparent coloured glass fragments, fused at extreme temperatures and then ground.

Franco Beraldo is a Venetian artist who has been creating works in Murano glass for many years now.
He collaborates with the most important kilns on the island of Murano. In 2012 and 2014 he twice won the Murano Prize in the section ‘Kiln’.
In 2013, he exhibited his work in China, at the Hangzhou International Design Festival.
In 2016, he exhibited one of his works at the ‘Murano Oggi’ (Murano Today) exhibition, at the Murano Glass Museum, curated by the Fondazione dei Musei Civici di Venezia.
Again with the help of the Fondazione dei Musei Civici di Venezia, he exhibited his glass works at the Centro Culturale Candiani in a personal exhibition entitled ‘Omaggio a Franco Beraldo’ (Tribute to Franco Beraldo) dedicated to him by the Commune of Venice.
His works, both in blown glass and in polychrome slabs are found in various collections in Italy and abroad.
