Envelope sent with cancellation from Constantinople, but at the same time at the time of delivery to the steamship, cancelled on the stamp of 10 sd with the rare "PIROSCAFI POSTALI ITALIANI" boxed cancellation on the 17.09.1869 - then passage to Brindisi as cancellation of 22.9.1869 and arrival to Genoa on the 24.9.1869.
