Ans van Dijk
From 1984, Ans van Dijk attended the Kunstacademie in Den Bosch, followed in 1988 by a year at the famous Academy of Art of Florence, where she improved her watercolour techniques. From 1989 to 1997, Ans van Dijk worked as a graphic designer and illustrator, and she also taught watercolour techniques.

Since 1997, Ans van Dijk has been a full-time artist. Initially, her work was a striking synthesis of a classical application of watercolour paint, a graphic interpretation of the surfaces and a modern composition. Since 1999 Ans van Dijk mainly paints with acrylic on linen and makes graphic art.
