Ritualistic figure.

Offerings were left on the back of the deer.

Deer are handed down as the givers of omens.

You whisper secrets about the future.

An authentic piece ‘made for Balinese culture’.

With an interesting old patina from age and use.

The figure was in Bangli, Bali. Found by Robert Hartmann

A very old, authentic piece with lots of value.

Heavy wood (jackfruit) figure.

The righthand side is cracked, traces of glue on the horn.
