Elizabeth I (1558-1603), Silver Crown, seventh coinage (1601-02), crowned ornate bust left in ruff, holding orb and sceptre, sceptre under G of legend, Latin legend and beaded borders surrounding on both sides, initial mark 2 (1602), 1:ELIZABETH: D; G; ANG; FRA; ET: HIBER; REGINA:, rev. quartered shield of arms over long cross fourchée, :1: POSVI: DEVM: AD IVTORE M: MEVM:, weight 29.70g (Cooper dies B/1; N.2012; S.2582). Toned, a little weak at centre of obverse on portrait, a few light surface marks and nicks, practically very fine.
