A so called demon figurine carved from reindeer horn.
The Greenlandic word tupilak or tupilaq (plural tupilait) means soul or spirit of a deceased. Originally a tupilak was a vengeance sculpture of the Inuit on Eastern Greenland. The figurine with a special, unusual appearance actually represents a mythical or spiritual being by its grotesque appearance.

The total height is 19 cm.
It is in good condition.
