Technique: oil on canvas, putty knife, brush, thick texture of paint. The painting is varnished and signed by the author.
Pitsko Giennadij was born in 1970 in Belarus. His works are the extremely colourful tales of what surrounds him. The artist uses a paintbrush and a putty knife. Twenty years ago in Sopot he saw an exhibition of Jerzy Duda-Gracz and at first sight fell in love with creating with a putty knife. Since then, he has consistently been working on this technique. He also rejected the traditional way of depicting figures, using the experiences of contemporary painters instead.
His paintings can be found in numerous private collections around the world.
The colour reproduction may be slightly different from the original - this may be due to the photographic technique or settings of your monitors.
