Transport possible, see transport costs. Anquetil (Mont-Saint-Aignan, 8 January 1934 – Rouen, 18 November 1987) was a French cyclist.
He became famous because he was the first to win the Tour of France five times, namely in 1957, 1961, 1962, 1963 and 1964. This achievement was later matched by Eddy Merckx, Bernard Hinault and Miguel Indurain.

In addition to the Tour of France, Jacques Anquetil won the Tour of Italy twice (1960 and 1964), as well as the Tour of Spain (1963), making him the first cyclist to add 3 large tour victories to his list of awards.
