Cuvée 8.
Beautifully balanced balsamic vinegar, aged in oak barrels of
225 litres. Soft and persistent, suitable to go with
raw or cooked vegetables; ideal in the preparation of
salads, even the most gourmet ones.
Cuvée 12.
Premium balsamic vinegar, with maturation in oak barrels. Dense
and fragrant, ideal on egg rolls, omelettes and risottos. Perfect combination with
fish, seafood starters,
grilled shellfish, white meat.
Cuvée 16.
High-quality balsamic vinegar, with organoleptic features
that are very special thanks to its ageing in oak barrels
and juniper casks. Ideal with game dishes,
spicy or zingy cheese, roasts in general.
Cuvée 20.
Excellent balsamic vinegar, aged in small barrels. Sweet
and creamy, it gives its best on roasted or grilled meats,
mature cheese, ice cream, fruit salad.
250 ml bottle with case
and measuring cap.
Cuvèe 2 stars (8 barrels), 2-year ageing.
Cuvèe 3 stars (12, mainly cherry, barrels), 4-year ageing.
Cuvèe 4 stars (16 oak and juniper barrels), 4-year ageing.
Cuvèe 5 stars (20 mixed barrels) 5/6-year ageing
(years cannot be stated in the IGP).

Traditional aged (red capsule), aged at least 12 years.
Tradition extra-old (gold capsule), aged at least 25 years.
