That Artora has its roots in hi-fi - the designer comes from Primare - is evident when you listen to the ArtoAmp 150 and ArtoPlayer 1000: the sound is powerful, balanced and refined. It is also wise not to bet on a real analytical hi-fi display, but rather on a full, slightly rounder display. This makes Artora easy to combine with various types of speakers and will even produce a mature sound with design speakers. In fact, the design already says how Artora sounds: solid, beautiful detailing and nowhere a sharp edge.
According to Artora, the ArtoAmp 150 has 75 Watts available at an 8 ohm load and manages to double that exactly to 150 Watts if the amplifier sees 4 ohm. Two ring core transformers are responsible for this technically perfect result. The amplifier is broadband and stays within 3dB between 5Hz and 50kHz. On the back of the ArtoAmp we find four analog inputs, a rocker for switching on the power voltage and a connection for the Bluetooth antenna. This Bluetooth antenna allows as many as 16 suitable devices to be paired. On the far left and far right are two recessed speaker connectors. They only accept banana plugs, by the way. In addition, the ArtoAmp 150 is equipped with a pre-out output, which According to Artora is specifically intended for connecting an active subwoofer.
This set comes in the original boxes, blue-tooth antenna and adapter.
