H.Th.J.A. Busquet - Hala Zeist - Pair of globes, pendant lamps
Netherlands - 1950-1974 - Aluminium

Pair of aluminium globes/pendant lamps (in working order) made by Hala Zeist Lamp Factory, the Netherlands.

Hala was one of the first lighting companies in the Netherlands, founded in 1932 in Zeist and later relocated to Amersfoort. Herman Theodoor Jan Anthoin Busquet was the founder of the company. The origin of the company lies in Hannover, Germany. The name is derived from the Hannoversche Lampenfabrik GmbH, founded in 1920. HALA Hannover ceased to exist in the 1960s. Both companies sold the same lamps and used similar catalogues. In 2011, Hala took over Dijkstra lamps from Haarlem.

Height 15, diameter 18 and bottom diameter 13 cm, in good vintage condition with minor signs of wear normal for its age. Both globes have more than one metre of wire, E27/large lamp holder and a ceiling rose of the same material.

The lamps will be packaged with care (I reuse packaging materials and boxes)
