Steyr M1912. Neatly disabled and certified in the Netherlands.
The Steyr m1912, is known for its rotating barrel locking and internal fixed magazine that is loaded with strips.
The weapon has been disabled in a way that preserves both the rotation of the barrel and the internal magazine.
The sled moves, with the barrel rotating. Trigger is also movable and hammer is loose. The hammer will no longer remain in a yoked position.
This method of deactivation was a one-off opportunity. In this way, these types of weapons are no longer certified.
Few traces of the deactivation visible on the outside. Just a few small and necessary welds.
