This ROBJ night light of the 1920s is primarily a perfume burner: in its upper part, the bulb cover takes the form of a tank, where you can pour perfume that will spread under the effect of the heat given off by the bulb.
Perfume burners occupy a special place in the history of ROBJ: in the past, the company created by Jean Born in 1908 focuses its communication on them (photos 17 to 18: advertisements from 1919 and 1926 with models similar to ours).
The perfume burner offered here is entirely original with the exception of the electrical cable and plug that have been changed. The signature "ROBJ Paris" is engraved at the tip on the glass paste lampshade and stamped under the wrought iron base.
Please note there are some scratches of use and two shards hidden by the wrought iron frame.
