Below the image, on the left "Dessine et Grave par Cazenave", title in the middle, on the right "Cazenave", further down "Se vend a Paris chez Bance Jeune, rue porte foin N.14, Quartier du Temple".
Beautiful engraving made between the 18th and 19th century, depicting the mythological episode of Jupiter descending on Danae in the form of a golden rain.
The author is a French engraver active between 1790 and 1840, specialised in stipple technique. There is little known about him, maybe F stands for Frederick.
