A lot of two 500-ml bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil called ‘PROFUMO D’OLIVA’ - IL GRAN CRU PIERO GONNELLI, produced by FRANTOIO DI SANTA TEA, TUSCANY - ITALY.
Gonnelli 1585 is the mark expression of the link between the Gonnelli family and the world of artisanal oil production. In 1585 the family bought the Santa Téa farm and the annexed mill built in 1426. Today the company, which also owns the Frantoio di Vertine in Chianti Classico, represents one of the Italian excellences in the world of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Enclosed in a refined box, in the regal square bottle, it might look like a meditation liqueur, an essence, an elixir, however something rare, exclusive, perhaps a perfume. It is actually called ‘Profumo d’Oliva’ and it is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of superlative quality, which was thought, wanted, cared-for and signed by Piero Gonnelli.
