Original RAF P4A wartime aircraft compass, WWII. Used in Lancaster, Wellington, Sterling and other big bombers.
Number 11548T. Weight: approx. 2.1 kg.
Marked with a crown and A M 6A/O 745. Also are the letters AFT on the compass. The Letters A M stand for "Air Ministry". The compass is still well filled with liquid, works fine and is in a very good condition for its age.
