Obv: Draped busts of Constans, on left, wearing long beard and plumed helm, and Constantine IV, on right, wearing crown, facing; above, cross.
Rev: Cross potent set on three steps between crowned and draped figures of Heraclius and Tiberius standing facing, each holding globus cruciger; ?//CONOB.
