A bronze sickle, curved with linear decorations on one side, flat face on the reverse.

The sickle was a practical and effective tool during the Bronze Age in Europe. The settlement of Bronze Age farmers resulted in a rapid technological and agricultural development with an increased production of specialised equipment, tools and weapons.

Size: ± 18 x 12 cm
Condition: good solid condition with a green patina. Signs of wear consistent with age and use. See images for own impression.
