Listed in 1820, Jean Gabriel Augustin Chevallier was awarded master's degree in 1796.
Worked with his son and son-in-law at the address.
Born in 1778, died in 1848.
Worked for mining companies.
Uncommon, even rare model, which has some stated defects but deserves to be
highlighted.
In its patina.

Belonged, as well as the floating compass on sale on the site, to the same mining engineer.
