This sabre has a simple steel hilt with an openwork guard plate.
The handle is made of rye skin with a wire wrap (filigree).
The back of the handle is made of steel in an oval pommel piece of brass.
The blade is completely intact with a nice appearance, pointed and on one side sharp and equipped with a blood slit.
Both sides of the sheet are marked; with on one side the logo of the gunsmith, two crossed sabres and on the other side the company name of the supplier "Dürbec Wien IX ".
The steel sheath has 2 fittings equipped with an eyelet and a belt attachment.
Hilt and sheath have chrome damage!
Sabre and sheath are in a reasonably good used condition and have no slack!
